Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Welcome to ShockBrawl Arcade ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ShockBrawl Arcade provides classic games playable in a web browser, streamed via WebAssembly. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its servers.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' save data.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Save data
The Service may store game progress locally in your browser and, where enabled, on our servers keyed to an identifier you choose. Save identifiers are not authenticated accounts — choose an identifier that others are unlikely to guess. We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or overwritten save data.
4. Intellectual property
ShockBrawl Arcade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or any other game publisher. All game titles, artwork, characters, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and have concerns about content available through the Service, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShockBrawl Arcade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
